Autumn in Virginia!

Wow, it’s been longer than I’d thought since my last post! So, let me share a few photos from our October and November day trips around Virginia with you. Autumn is a beautiful season in our state — I hope you can visit sometime!

Of course, no trip is complete without food, right? We were wowed by our lunch at Parallel 38 in Charlottesville, with terrific mezze and a great wine list (lots of Virginia wines, near and dear to my heart).

Giant corn maze in Virginia!

How awesome is this?! A 25-acre corn maze down by Charlottesville. In the interest of full disclosure, we haven’t visited it yet, but the photos are amazing!

This year’s theme: Alice in Wonderland (“Curiouser and Curiouser…”) Fabulous! We’ve gotta go check it out.
